About Us
It all started with an opportunity to make a dream come true. There comes a point in your life where you realize that you really need to be doing what you love. For my wife Corinne and I, that would be the love of gardening, photography and building websites. When we decided to launch northwest-gardening.com, it seemed to be a natural fit. So here we are.
Almost 10 years ago we purchased 5 acres out on the Olympic Peninsula and planted our first raspberry plant, a gift from our real estate agent. After several years, countless research and 26 vegetable beds later, our love of gardening only continues to grow. This website is an ongoing process, we strive to bring you the best content possible. Between jobs, two children and trying to maintain a small farm, we aren't able to update the site as often as we'd like. But hey, Rome wasn't built in a day. We plan to continue adding plants and photos as often as possible. Come along with us and watch the site grow!
